This post will be edited as I find bugs. Please let me know if you find anything not listed here. Even something as minor as pointing out a spelling error is tremendously help.
It may be possible for Metang to use moves he learns via TM, before you've had the scene where you get those TM's. I just realized this was possible like an hour ago. The fix will require interrupting some end-of-scene stuff and partly rewriting the end of the TM's scene. Planning to fix this for Alpha 1.1.- Actually, it's even worse than that, the entire sequence of events both during and after evolution doesn't happen correctly if you view scenes in a certain order. You can have Beldum evolve off-screen without telling you, use moves it doesn't have, then Cynthia forgets she's already at the bar and some other nonsense happens. This is going to be fixed ASAP.
- It's possible that dialog may continue to refer to your pokemon as Beldum, even after it's evolved into Metang.
- It may be possible for you and Cynthia to run out of things to talk about at the end of the day. If this happens you'll see a message that says "As of the alpha release of this game, there might not be enough dialog written yet to go here." The game should still proceed normally if this happens. This will be fixed by adding more dialog blocks for the game to pick from.
- It may be possible to get caught in a loop while talking to the random NPC's at the Docks.
- This music for Thursday has an Absol cry playing quietly during it. This wasn't on purpose but I actually kind of like it? Might keep.
- The dialog box partly covers up the computer screens at Jasmine's house and on Driftwood Street. This is because the box was moved to the top late in development. I just need to change the backgrounds.
- The icon for Mozilla Vulpix is flipped horizontally on only one screen, and I don't know how that happened...
- The rooms in Jasmine's house have electrical sockets from different countries. Yeah I know, immersion ruined...
- The game is probably riddled with typos. I am a notoriously inaccurate typist and spellcheck can only carry me so far.
- Capitalization of the word Pokémon and their various species names is inconsistent throughout the whole VN. I also can't decide if I want to use the proper é in the word. I'm afraid it'll break something, somewhere.
Things that are not bugs:
- The clock on Jasmine's computer reads 1/1/1970, 12:01am. This is because her CMOS battery died.
- Absol always crits. This is because Absol is a bad ass.
- Sheer Cold never fails. This is because Betsy is a hacker and her Pokemon is level 255. Dirty cheater.
- There is a small chance that some blue haired chick shows up in the Docks. This does nothing.
